Kevin is a second-generation member of the Carlton family to help lead the Michigan RV dealership.
A graduate of Nashville Auto Diesel College in Tennessee, he joined the family business full-time in 1983, beginning in the service department where he specialized in camper repair.
Over time, Kevin transitioned into sales, a role he held until 2016. Since then, he has served as General Manager and acting President of the dealership, while also remaining hands-on in various roles through out the dealership. if you have an rv question, kevin is your guy, with over 40+ years experience in the rv industry.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, relaxing at the family’s lakeside cabin with his wife, and boating. He is also deeply committed to his community, serving as a Fire Chief for the Chesaning-Brady Fire Department, as well serving on the chesaning township board.
Justin is a third-generation member of the Carlton family involved in the RV dealership.
He began working for the company at just 13 years old assiting in the service department, as well as pumping propane, gaining early, hands-on experience in the business.
At age 23, Justin pursued an opportunity with a competing dealership in Saginaw, where he spent five years in sales and ultimately advanced to Internet Sales Manager. During that time, he set numerous sales records and established himself as a top performer in the company.
Justin returned to the family dealership at the end of 2015 and now oversees the sales, finance, marketing, and rental divisions. His leadership and innovation have earned him multiple prestigious honors, including the RV Industry Association’s 40 Under 40 award in 2019, RV Pro Magazine’s 40 Under 40 award in 2021, and Vintage Trailer Magazine’s 40 Under 40 award in 2024—recognitions that have been awarded to only one other individual in Michigan history. In addition, Justin was named 2023 Business Person of the Year by the Chesaning Chamber of Commerce. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Association of Recreational Vehicles & Campgrounds (MARVAC) from 2020 to 2024.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his three young children, playing ice hockey, and coaching youth sports. He has a passion for classic 1950s cars and trucks, and enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, and camping across the country with his family in their retro camper—so far, they’ve explored 14 states together.
